Overview

Being assertive makes life easier for everyone – but sometimes we can all shrink back from saying it straight. Knowing how to be respectful, considerate and direct at the same time is an art worth cultivating.

This course will help you build your self awareness and confidence and leave you with a repertoire of assertive interventions. Sometimes all we need is to get into the assertiveness habit and this course will help you get started.
