Overview
Delivering change and growth in a business requires a set of process-driven and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think and act creatively when needed.
Projects are very often used to help bring clarity and control around implementing new products, services or initiatives, or to safely navigate complex, emotive tasks such as organisational and transformational change.
This course provides tools, techniques and approaches to start mastering one of the most transferable skills in business, project management. We’ll create confidence to those who are responsible for managing change, from the early stages of defining a project and its success criteria, all the way through to wrapping it up and measuring its success. We’ll also look at how to work through and creatively solve problems and barriers that threaten to get in the way of timely project delivery.
