Transform from Manager to Leader

Build a foundation for leadership
Full day

Overview

“A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader; a great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.”
Eleanor Roosevelt

There is a crisis of trust in the workplace - recent surveys show that only 32% of employees trust their senior leaders to do the right thing for the organisation. This workshop will help you to develop your leadership skillset and lay the foundations to become a trusted, adaptive and inspiring leader.

You will leave the day understanding your strengths, your vision and values as a leader. You will reflect on leading with purpose, work on strategic thinking and making clear, effective decisions. You will learn how to critique and improve the impact you have on others, and how to use your strategy to drive performance.

The day will be a mixture of information, reflection and practical exercises. We will provide you with assessments you can use with your team and stakeholders to gather feedback and insight on how you lead now and how to develop further. You will learn to shift to a leadership mindset and will leave the session with increased confidence to lead organisational change and inspire high performing teams.
