Making Your Hybrid Team Work Long Term

Build a great hybrid team culture where your team are effectively collaborating, wherever they are based.
Full day

Overview

Hybrid working can offer the best of both worlds for organisations and their employees. If planned well it can increase productivity, reduce costs and significantly improve motivation and help with retention. If not planned and led well the opposite can happen.

This session will help you build a great hybrid team culture where your team are effectively collaborating, wherever they are based.

During the day you will plan how to present your vision about how hybrid working is delivered for you and your team in order to help them to engage and perform brilliantly. You will consider how to assess people's well being and motivation and plan an effective communication strategy.

You will reflect on how to best use the time when people are in the work place together and how to structure your meetings to best effect when some or all join virtually.

You will leave the day with a practical tool kit to lead the conversation with your teams that will enable you to gain the most from the opportunities hybrid working offers.
