Overview

This session will help you think and plan when you want your team to be working together in the same office location and how to lead effectively when people are working from home. We will look at the key challenges that have emerged around how organisations are now working in a hybrid environment and give you practical tools and techniques to critique your current approach. This three hour session will help you plan how to do this brilliantly.

You will have space to explore what has worked well for you since operating in a hybrid environment and what you want to do differently. We will look at research and good practice to help you brilliantly manage your people in an inclusive way wherever they are based and you will leave with practical techniques and tools that you can implement straight away.

Emma is an award winning trainer specialising in leadership development. She has over 20 years' experience of training design and delivery in both the public and private sector, including working as a director for a large housing association and for Amnesty International.

Emma is passionate about individuals having the opportunity to fulfil their potential and creates a positive, fun and stimulating learning environment. She always ensures that participants leave the day with practical skills they can use in their organisation. Emma has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and is qualified in running Psychometrics through the British Psychological Society.
