Are you wanting space to think about how to create a culture where men and women in your organisation have the same opportunities to develop and thrive? This half day online session will give you an opportunity to reflect on what might be holding women back in your organisation.

What are the three main areas organisationally to assess and how to develop a great strategy to address these?

We will look at how gender inequality can impact on your organisation and you will have time to plan how to address this. You will have space to critique your own potential biases. We will look at how leaders can support and develop women in the workplace.

The session will provide you with practical techniques so that your workplace can remove barriers which may be preventing women from being heard and achieving their potential.

Emma is an award winning trainer specialising in leadership development. She has over 20 years' experience of training design and delivery in both the public and private sector, including working as a director for a large housing association and for Amnesty International.

Emma is passionate about individuals having the opportunity to fulfil their potential and creates a positive, fun and stimulating learning environment. She always ensures that participants leave the day with practical skills they can use in their organisation. Emma has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and is qualified in running Psychometrics through the British Psychological Society.
