Do you run courses on line?
If you see a course that you would like to attend on line, then please contact us via [email protected], as we are currently working hard to run many of our courses on line. This is also an option for in-house delivery.
How can I give feedback after attending a course?
Afterwards, we invite participants to leave an online review using the independent review site TrustPilot - we'll send you a link.
Where can I find directions to a venue and information on parking?
Click on the event your attending on our website and then click on the venue - that will provide all the information you need
Can you cater for gluten-free / other intolerances?
Yes absolutely - please email your dietary requests to [email protected] and we'll inform the venue. If you could also make yourself known to them on arrival, that would be helpful
How can I find out which hotels are local to the venue?

How do I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Do you have any more dates available?
All planned and confirmed course dates are listed on the website, you can request a reminder for the course using the option on the course page.

I've not received my joining instructions
They are sent to delegates no later than two weeks prior to the course date, please check your junk folder, if you haven't received them please contact us.
